Terms of Use
Who provides Sigilla
Sigilla is published and operated by the publisher of Sigilla, whose contact address is given in the Contact section below. By using the application you accept these terms.
These terms are governed by French law.
What the service is
Sigilla gives you a space to read about tarot, rituals and the phases of the Moon, to keep a grimoire, and to record your own practice. The texts in the application are offered for personal reflection.
Sigilla is not a substitute for medical, psychological or legal advice.
Age and Account
An Account is required to record your practice. You must have reached the digital consent age of your country. In France that age is fifteen years; elsewhere it ranges from thirteen to sixteen years. If your date of birth shows that you have not reached it, the Account is refused and nothing is kept.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity of your Account.
Your content stays yours
The texts, reflections and images you add remain yours. They stay private: Sigilla does not publish them, does not share them and makes no commercial use of them.
You may export a complete copy of your records or delete your Account from inside the application, at no cost.
Acceptable use
Sigilla is not a public space and carries no messaging between users. You agree not to circumvent the technical protections of the application, not to extract its content for redistribution, and not to use the service to harm another person.
The texts, illustrations and design of the application remain the property of the publisher, except for the public-domain tarot images, which carry their own notice in the application.
Changes to these terms
These terms carry a dated version. When they change, the new version is published in the application and on the website, and you are asked to accept it at your next sign-in. The version you accepted is kept with your Account.
